For providing efficient & reliable services, we are assisted by a dedicated team of highly qualified professionals who assess the organization’s needs & then offer them the consultancy & training interventions. These services are available both online as well as offline. Our training designs are experiential in nature based on kolb’s model & supported by bloom’s taxonomy. We have three verticals for consultancy & training purposes (viz Corporates, HEI & school level) as numerated below.
Corporate level Services
We provide consultancy in organizational analysis, change & development, designing & content writing of organization development plan, SOPs, HR policies, building organization culture, assistance in recruitment of selection of staff & conducting training interventions such as Induction training, Team & leadership building (including outbound training), Etiquettes training, Soft skills development, Communication skills & technical training in selected areas .
Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) Level Services
We provide consultancy & transformational services to institutions of higher learning as per NEP 2020 in order to make them centers of excellence & role models of learning & development. We carry out Institute’s performance Analysis & design various interventions for its overall improvement including organizational structure changes, additional infrastructure & tools, content writing of various manuals , policies (HR policies, organizational processes), recruitment & selection of Faculty & staff, conduct of FDPs. We also conduct psychometric testing of students, their career profiling (as per aptitude, orientation & interests), counseling of students, design of Employability training courses & their syllabus as per industry needs & finally training interventions/workshops as well as planning & conduct of objective oriented educational tours etc.
School Level Services
We provide consultancy & training services to schools up to 10+2 level as per NEP 2020 & in order to make them centers of excellence & role models of learning & development.. We help in planning & opening of new schools & designing their policies & curriculums. We also carry out existing school’s performance Analysis & design various interventions for its overall improvement including organizational structure, additional infrastructure & tools, content writing of various manuals/policies ( policy manuals, HR policies, organizational processes), recruitment & selection of teachers & staff, conduct of teachers training as per NEP 2020, psychometric testing of students & their career profiling (as per aptitude, orientation & interests), counseling of students, guidance for various competitive exams & finally training interventions/workshops such as motivational talks, goal setting, induction training, team & leadership development including outbound training, personality development, ‘Can Do Attitude’, critical thinking abilities, planning & conduct of objective oriented , fun filled educational tours etc.
