Director’s Profile : Colonel (Prof) S P Sharma, is an MBA in HR & M Sc (Tech) from Pune University with rich experience in Human Resource Development, Training & Consultancy services. He is an expert in designing & conducting Employability training programs of different streams (Engineering, Management, Pharma, Agri business etc) for various institutes/schools pan India. Also conducts in-depth personality analysis (psychometric testing) of students & career counseling (as per student’s personality, interests, orientation, ability & aptitude) thus facilitate the students to make the right career choice. Since 2005 & after retirement from Army , he has been teaching/taught in various Management Institutes in Pune in addition to being in senior leadership roles (as Director/Dean) in prestigious management institutes & Advisor to top Management . He has conducted many grooming/ developmental workshops for enhancing job Employability of students in addition to being a faculty of HR, Organizational Behaviour & Head Soft Skills Development. He has conducted Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Management Development Programs (MDPs) for the industry, planned & conducted Educational Tours for students as well participated in many educational seminars pan India. While in Army for 33 years, he has served pan India in various command & staff appointments including last tenure as Colonel Instructor at School of Artillery Devlali (Nashik) Maharashtra. He has the distinction of being awarded Commendation Card Honors from the Chief of the Staff Indian Army for Exemplary Leadership and Distinguished Services as Commanding Officer 13 Field Regiment (CHUSHUL).
